We offer custom-designed curriculums, professional senior-level trainers and a wide variety of courses. All courses are taught using state-of-the-art training techniques, equipment and facilities so that your employees gain the required understanding to keep your vehicle fleet functioning at its peak.
RMA can train your people on-site, wherever your operations may be, or at our state-of-the-art Training Center in Thailand. We also have air-conditioned, mobile training units that can be quickly shipped to your location for complete on-site staff training.
Unique, RMA-developed training tools and simulators are invaluable for providing hands-on demonstrations, testing and diagnosis of electrical and electronic components such as switches, sensors, relays and modules. Some available operator/driver classes are one-day seminars. Most technician training courses run three-to-four weeks, five days per week and may include a service apprenticeship program resulting in a service certification diploma for the various skill levels offered.
